Executive Team Sharon Woods President/CEO Sharon’s background includes over 20 years of small business management experience. Sharon held various positions of increasing responsibility at ITS prior to the appointment of President and CEO by the ITS Board of Directors in 2001. Before joining ITS, Sharon held the position of General Manager at Simi Valley-based Sherotec. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. As President and CEO, Sharon provides overall vision and strategic leadership for ITS, as well as managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the business. Tim Skogstrom Vice President Sales Tim’s background and experience as a sales leader and small business owner, gives him a unique advantage in leading the ITS sales team. Tim is responsible for mentoring the team to excel in effective relationship development and partnering skills -- enabling sales. A native Southern Californian, Tim has always been an entrepreneur and has enjoyed working in the very creative world of the wine & spirits wholesale industry. Working his way up the ranks at Young’s Market Co., one of LA’s oldest family businesses and largest wholesale distributor of wine & spirits in California, where he became the VP of Sales – Wine. After close to ten years with Young’s, he was given an opportunity to work for Francis Ford Coppola where he was instrumental in developing what is now a household name in the California wine business. Tim is the President and Founder of Cornell Winery & Tasting Room in the Santa Monica mountains where he promotes local wines right here in Los Angeles. Lisa Atwood Executive Director, Marketing Lisa brings over 20 years of marketing experience in the telecommunications and networking industry to ITS. She held various marketing, program management and channel support positions with Nortel and MICOM Communications. Lisa is responsible for all marketing activities at ITS. Daryl Frame Director of Information Services Daryl brings 30 years of IS experience to ITS, with a background that includes management positions at Panavision and Gould Medical Products. Most recently he has concentrated on billing systems for the telecommunications industry. Daryl is responsible for all information solution systems here at ITS. Jeff Luxenberger Manager, Technical Operations Jeff is responsible for all of ITS’ internal IT infrastructure and support, as well as managing the Technical Operations team responsible for supporting and installing ITS services. Throughout his tenure at ITS, Jeff has taken on additional responsibilities including sales engineering while developing his knowledge and business acumen earning him the ability to easily move into a management position. Prior to ITS, Jeff worked at Pepperdine University as a Computer Lab Technician, responsible for keeping the computers in the lab up to date, working with the main campus to keep the connection to the MPLS network and helping students with various projects and assignments. Jeff graduated Cum Laude from DeVry and holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Information Systems. Cesar Flores Manager, Sales Cesar started as a Customer Service Representative and quickly worked his way up to Operations Manager, based on his technical know-how, aptitude to satisfy customers’ needs and overall enthusiasm for the job. Because of his ability to keep customers happy, combined with being able to understand their technical requirements, Cesar has moved into a sales role where he has the unique ability to be a trusted advisor helping customers and prospects to identify their needs and the best technical solution. Cesar holds a Cisco CCNS, as well as a Polycom certification and is currently advancing his knowledge by attending University of Phoenix to obtain his Associates Degree in IT, with a specialization in Network Support Tina Lembo Financial Operations Specialist Tina has over 15 years of experience in telephony technical operations, customer service and financial operations. Tina started her career in the telecommunications industry at Cyberlink then came onboard with ITS in 1999. Tina is responsible for ensuring costs and billing services are accurate so that our customers can feel confident they are getting the best telecommunications value available for their business.
