Basic Guardian Plans for your Inside Wiring
ITS offers two inside wiring maintenance plans; the Basic Guardian protection plan, and Basic Guardian - Extended protection plan.
Basic Guardian offers reliable protection for a nominal monthly charge per business line. Coverage includes diagnosis and repair (including labor and materials) of the inside telephone wiring and jacks that provide your ITS dial-tone services. Technicians are dispatched for work, if required Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm.
Basic Guardian - Extended offers the same reliable protection as the Basic Guardian with extended technician dispatch hours for a small monthly charge per business line. Technicians are dispatched for work, if required Mon-Sat 6am to 7pm.
