What We Provide our Clients
ITS
- Integrated Telemanagement Services, Inc. is a Competitive Local
Exchange Carrier (CLEC) providing a broad array of advanced telecommunications
services to California based businesses.
Through
our relationships with AT&T, Verizon and other service providers,
we are able to render all of your telecommunications needs in a
consolidated, cost effective program that saves you, not only time,
but money. Whether you require local, long distance, international,
toll free, calling card, T1, DSL, data, private lines, VoIP or equipment
related assistance, ITS is here to provide the most comprehensive
business solutions for you.
Many businesses are not equipped to address the rapidly changing
telecommunications environments demanded by today’s commerce.
Increased local and long distance usage, high-speed internet connectivity
requirements and data needs are just a few areas in which a company
can find itself overwhelmed by the choices offered by the communications
industry.
Cost
for these services can be very confusing to assess without the skills
necessary to find the best deals. ITS is able to provide very low
rates because we search for the lowest rates per minute and buy
time in volume. The telephone usage of hundreds of companies is
combined to attract the lowest prices possible from the major Local
Exchange Carriers, i.e., AT&T and Verizon. Above and beyond
price, though, is the offering of the ITS Peace of Mind Package,
customized to benefit the needs of your company and the way it does
business.
As
a direct online telecommunications service provider, ITS can originate
any service changes, up-grades or moves associated with your account.
Therefore, you need only contact ITS for prompt service completion.
Because of the volume of business we manage through AT&T and
Verizon, ITS has priority service and priority repair status for
our clients 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. With the ITS Peace
of Mind Package, you can rest assured that all of your telecommunications
needs will be managed in a professional, timely manner.

or on all lines at no additional cost. Also, this service can be

your business over ordinary copper telephone lines. This high-speed
data service allows you to access the net at speeds ranging from
50 to 100 times faster than the speed of a standard modem. Assuming
your business is within the geographical boundaries for DSL service,
you may be able to receive data at rates up to 1.5 Mbps, enabling
continuous transmission of motion video, audio, and even 3-D effects.
A DSL line can carry both data and voice signals simultaneously.
Off-Premise
Extension Services (OPX) - Many companies have more than one facility
in more than one location. This service connects two or more facilities
for better utilization of the communications process and eliminates
usage charges between locations (some distance restrictions apply).
Ring
No Answer - This service forwards the call to another extension,
office or even state when the call rings and is not answered within
the specified number of rings.
Busy
Call Forward - This feature works in the same fashion as “ring

in a conference with another party, anywhere in the world. This
eliminates the need to make several calls back and forth to parties.
Speed
Calling - This feature allows you up to 70 saved numbers per phone
line to speed dial to anywhere in the world.
Extension
Voice Message - This allows you to set up a master voice center.
The calling party will be given a menu to select from, press one
for sales, press two for accounting, press three for the operator,
etc. This is an excellent tool for the smaller user or the large
user to handle specific marketing assignments.
Project
& Future Planning - ITS Staff will assist and advise you on
complete system upgrades and moves. Should you open a new division
or location, ITS will support you with the best options available.
This service is offered to all Clients and is recommended to cut
cost and time constraints.
