A Managed Network covers everything that enables LAN or WAN connectivity: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPNs and Bandwidth. Management of these items includes software updates and patches, configuration changes, alerts, reports, logs, proactive monitoring and ticking.
Prior to managing; we will assess your server, analyze your exposure and risk areas, provide diagrams and make recommendations. We define necessary remediation by client or quote for their eligible service.
A Managed User is much more than a Managed Desktop that most providers offer. A Managed User can have one or multiple devices including Desktops, Laptops, Cell/Smart Phones, Tablets, or ITS VoIP Phones. The management plans include one device per user and mobile devices (iOS or Android) can be added for a nominal fee. ITS Managed User offering provides security, anti-virus, spam filtering, software patches and updates, health checks, reports, logs, alert notification and proactive ticket generation. In addition to the physical devices listed above, we can also manage virtual desktops, and apps such as Microsoft 365, Google Apps and file Back-up.
The ITS Professional and Complete Managed IT Services plans were developed for companies looking for peace of mind that their office technology is supported at a reasonable cost with sensible service levels. While both plans are inclusive of managed, PCs and mobile devices, routers, firewalls, switches and servers, with real-time utilization reporting, the Complete plan also includes disaster recovery/business continuity.
