Sharon Woods has been a telecom executive for over 25 years. In 1990, as part of the initial startup team, Sharon’s business experience, operational and finance background, she was directly responsible for the growth of the company from a start-up operation to one of the leading MSP providers. Sharon has held various positions of increasing responsibility prior to the appointment to President and CEO by the Board of Directors in 2001. Under Ms. Woods’ direction, ITS has grown from a CLEC while navigating the massive changes in the telecom industry to a full-service technology and managed service provider.

While Sharon builds solutions focused on the needs of customers, she is committed to building and maintaining a culture of success, unity, ethics, and corporate citizenship. As values are at the core of everything she does, family first is a priority and progressive leadership is the common thread which continues to contribute to the award-winning cutting-edge services and a highly desirable business and employer. As chief executive officer for ITS, Ms. Woods is responsible for the company’s operations, strategy, and transformation into a leading-edge managed service, unified communication, cloud computing and cyber security. Sharon continues to lead the company as a certified woman owned business and continues to expand its portfolio of award-winning service.


Scott Woods

Executive Director of Operations and Business Development

Scott, our Director of Operations, is a master of the design thinking process and balances engineering with need finding. He plays a vital role in helping ITS deliver the ideal solution to the customer using his ability to navigate a complex terrain that comprises human needs, business constraints, and technical possibilities. At ITS, Scott oversees implementation of new technology, maintaining working solutions, and growing our technical team to keep up with client demand.


Stanley Samuel

Executive Director of Sales

Stanley Samuel has been leading business growth through effective, sales excellence and data-driven marketing for over 14 years. He began much of his technology experience in Central California, serving small to medium businesses. He rose through the ranks in the managed services technology industry and became a leader in sales, operations and marketing. He led his team of account executives to serve the client base, he consulted with organizations on best cyber security practices, helped design complex network infrastructures and played an integral part in partnerships with hundreds of businesses throughout the central valley.

His dream was to move to Southern California with his family and he joined the ITS team at the beginning of 2022 as the Executive Director of Sales overseeing the Sales and Marketing team. His new team of account executives work with existing clients to continuously improve client experience and partner with new businesses throughout California. He works closely with the rest of leadership to evolve the day-to-day operations and align with strategic vendors/partners to better serve our clients.

Hobbies: Traveling, spending time with his wife, 3 dogs and two cats, going to Disney parks and goofing out to Star Wars and Marvel


Tina Lembo

Senior Financial Operations Specialist

Tina has over 21 years of experience in telephony technical operations, customer service and financial operations. Tina started her career in the telecommunications industry at Cyberlink then came onboard with ITS in 1999.

Tina is responsible for ensuring costs and billing services are accurate so that our customers can feel confident they are getting the best telecommunications value available for their business.


Shannon Gomes

Manager of Client Services

Shannon has been immersed in the Telephony and Managed Services industry since 2010, holding various operations and service department roles. Her knowledge of telecommunications and technology plus long-term experience helps balance the Client Services department to be technically supportive with empathy. Shannon obtained a Master’s degree in Music from California State University, Northridge, and uses her creativity and expertise to ensure clients receive exceptional service from our Client Services team while offering solutions to meet their needs.


Joseph Sentner

Manager Of Technical Operations

Joseph’s passion for IT began while playing XBOX Live wondering, how we could all be playing the same game in the cloud. Joseph has been with ITS since 2011 and manages our Technical Operations department. With 16 years of experience and multiple certifications, Joseph works to ensure that the Technical Operations department is meeting the ITS order/ticket intervals and customers’ expectations while providing excellent service. As a technology mentor, Joseph not only trains ITS associates, but also clients.
