Manager, Technical Operations & Service
Alex is responsible for the Technical Operations and Service teams, comprising engineers, Client Service Reps and Account Managers. These teams are responsible for the entire customer experience once an order is received including order management and coordination, repair tickets and management of our installed customer base.
With over 10 years in the telecom industry, Alex has experience in provisioning, engineering and repair management on the operations side as well as Account Manager, Client Service Rep and call center management experience on the service side. Prior to joining ITS Alex worked for the largest CLEC in the Western US as well as a large master agency and hardware distributor.
