ITS will use the email address to send you information and notices related to your ITS services. If you sign up for e-bill, ITS will send you an email reminder every month when you bill is ready to view at the ITS Customer portal.
ITS may send periodic email communications regarding changes to your account or how ITS does business. ITS will also send periodic information to Clients about new products and services that may help their business. ITS will never sell its customer’s information and will NOT use customer’s information outside ITS.
ITS is happy to have you as a customer, and since we want to keep you all to ourselves, we promise to never share your email address with anyone, ever.
The ITS Client Portal is available 24/7. ITS will provide product support for the Client Portal via our Client Services department during the normal support hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
Absolutely, you can keep your existing telephone numbers. If you are moving outside your local calling area virtual numbers can be established.
Depending on the type of service you are ordering, it can take between five and 30 calendar days from the time your contract is signed to have all services up and running. In some cases where construction is required to provide services it could take up to 90 days to establish service.
Our Client Services group can answer all of your billing inquiries. You can reach Client Services Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8AM – 5PM (PST), by calling 800-876-4ITS (4487).
By calling either our toll free number (800) 876-4ITS (4487) or local number (805) 520-7020 our l you will reach the appropriate group that can help you quickly resolve any service issue, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Purchases from ITS will be shipped from the ITS warehouse within 10 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Purchases are delivered via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. No signature is required.
New equipment being returned is subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the current ITS list price. The equipment must be in new condition and in original box with all guides and accessories. If equipment does not meet this criteria there will be a Returned Equipment Fee of 25% of ITS’ current list price.

ITS must receive the items within 60 days of purchase.
Returned Items must be received by ITS within 60 days of original purchase date, so please ship via the appropriate mechanism to get the equipment back to us within that time frame. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Items must be shipped to the following address and should be insured for the original purchased price:

Please include the following information when returning equipment:

  1. Company Name
  2. Company Account Number
  3. Contact Name
  4. Contact phone number
  5. Contact Email Address
  6. Reason for Return

Upon receipt of equipment, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the return requirements and you will be notified by email of the credit amount that will be issued to your account.

Note: ITS is not responsible for equipment damage that is a result of poor packing or other shipping problems. Be sure to ensure the equipment you are returning for the full value you paid for it.
